CIP Trainings for High School Students
CIP collaborates with high schools to expand the CIP model and strengthen students’ awareness of social responsibility and civic engagement. The theoretical and practical training programs offered as part of these collaborations encourage students to identify social issues and develop projects aimed at addressing them.
Theoretical training sessions are designed for both students who will carry out projects and the teachers who will mentor them. These sessions cover essential skills needed for social responsibility initiatives, including communication, teamwork, leadership, and project planning and management. In practical training sessions, students take an active role in projects or activities carried out in collaboration with local communities, civil society organizations, and public institutions. This gives students the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained through real-life experiences. These trainings also contribute to students becoming socially aware and responsible individuals.
Team Games Workshops
Team Games Workshops are organized for high school and university students, as well as university staff, civil society organization employees, and private sector professionals. The main aim of the workshops is to explore the importance of skills such as teamwork, intra-group communication, team management, and leadership through an experiential learning process. By encouraging participants to work together, collaborate, and coordinate their efforts toward a common goal, the workshops also contribute to building trust and solidarity within teams.
