CIPs Academy was held at Karaköy Minerva Han with the participation of our supervisor and overvisor students on February 24, 2024. During the event, Ayşe Özel and Elif Öztek gave an interactive training on "Self-Awareness and Team Communication". During the training, ways to increase self-awareness were discussed and practical examples were made on team building, team management and team communication.

The theoretical and practical trainings within the scope of Civic Involvement Projects will continue during the academic semester for our supervisor and overvisor students.
