Responsible Restaurant Movement was the guest of the CIP 101 course

The Responsible Restaurant Movement, which was launched to create a sustainable world and social awareness in the gastronomy sector, met with Sabancı University Civic Involvement Projects students on December 19, 2024 within the scope of the Consumer Awareness Project and Animal Rights Project. Elif Üngör, Assistant General Manager of Akkomarka Restaurant Group, and Emir Sami İşmen, Assistant General Manager of IBB Beltur, from the representatives of the Responsible Restaurant Movement, talked about their activities to prevent food waste and promote proper consumption habits.
